This award recognizes any First Year Arrowman who devotes themself to service to others and the Lodge.
There are a set of requirements that must be accomplished within one year of completing your Ordeal. When you complete these and get final approval you will be presented with a special flap to wear on your uniform. No one who has not been award the First Year Arrowman Award will ever be given this flap.
Download the application and use it to keep track of the requirements you complete. When you have completed all the requirements, turn it in to the Lodge Chief for final approval.
