Given to all Chapters who help the Lodge earn the Quality Lodge Award.
- A Chapter must actively participate in the Lodge Program.
- A Chapter must convert a minimum of 30% of its eligible Ordeal members into the Brotherhood.
- A Chapter must contact each unit in the District and conduct elections in every unit desiring an election. The election teams are trained and all teams are in proper uniform for the election.
- The Chapter has completed an approved service project for Scouting or the Community. A written report was submitted to the Lodge.
- The Chapter has participated in the Lodge’s Camping Promotions campaign and has conducted visitations to a minimum of 75% of all the units in the District.
- The Chapter has introduced and began to implement the Order of the Arrow Troop / Team Representative Program to the District.
Records to be kept by the Chapters, Membership Committee, and the Special Events and Awards Committee.
