2022 Summer Assembly

Assemblies are where elected candidates complete their Ordeal and become official members of the Order. Through Assemblies, Tonkawa Lodge provides service to Lost Pines Scout Reservation, our Council’s flagship camp as well as other Council properties (such as Camp Green Dickson). Lodge business meetings, Vigil tapout, Brotherhood ceremonies, and officer elections also take place at Assemblies, so all Arrowmen are encouraged to attend.
New candidates, you will receive a Candidate Information Packet in your email. Please read through the Candidate Information Packet as it contains important details for the weekend. Your first year’s (2022) dues are included with your registration fee.
Existing members must have paid their annual dues to attend Assembly. You may pay your dues upon arrival if they haven’t already been paid.
Everyone must bring a non-returnable hard copy of your BSA health form (parts A & B only).
This event is limited to the first 50 candidates that register (40 youth and 10 adults).
